BoF appeals against T-Mobile Netherlands zero-rating offering

T-Mobile Netherlands launched its Datavrije Muziek offer in October 2016. The deal gives users the option to stream unlimited music with the more expensive subscriptions, with no additional costs for mobile internet. ACM lost its case to ban the offer and said it would not appeal the decision.
