BoF plans court appeal against T-Mobile zero-rating offer

Bits of Freedom plans to appeal the Dutch regulator's decision to not sanction T-Mobile for net neutrality violations with its zero-rated music streaming offer. The digital rights group wants a judge to consider the case, after the ACM rejected its request for enforcement.
