Bollore increases Vivendi stake to over 5 percent

French conglomerate Bollore has crossed the 5 percent threshold in the capital of French telecom and entertainment group Vivendi. Bollore announced that it intended to keep this stake for the long term. Vivendi supervisory board chairman Jean-Rene Fourtou welcomed the move and confirmed that Vincent Bollore would be invited to join the supervisory board.
