Bosch unveils smart glasses module for all spectacles

Wednesday 11 December 2019 | 10:36 CET | News
Bosch has announced plans to launch a module that can convert any pair of glasses into smart glasses. The company's Smartglasses Light Drive is described as a sole source, all-in-one technology stack consisting of MEMS mirrors, optical elements, sensors and onboard processing. When attached to regular spectacles, users will be able to see notifications and use apps through their glasses thanks to a bright image that remains in focus even in direct sunlight, said Bosch.
