Bouygues Entreprises offers insurance for mobiles

French operator Bouygues Telecom Entreprises has introduced a range of insurance plans for mobile devices in partnership with insurer Verspieren. Covering mobile phones, smartphones, 3G+ tablets and dongles, customers are offered an equivalent device if theirs is broken, lost or stolen, within 4 hours in the Paris region, 24 hours elsewhere in France and 3-9 days internationally, depending on the location. There are three service levels from EUR 1.50 to EUR 18 a month. Bouygues also announced 2-year financing services for new equipment.
