Bouygues protests Arcep 5G spectrum plan

French operator Bouygues Telecom has called for changes to Arcep's proposal for releasing 5G spectrum. Deputy CEO Dider Casas said the draft plan favours the larger operators Orange and SFR over their smaller rivals Bouygues and Free, La Tribune reports.
