Bouygues Telecom acquires majority stake in video-conferencing specialist Apizee

Bouygues Telecom announced that its B2B subsidiary Keyyo has acquired a majority holding in French start-up Apizee, which offers a range of video-conferencing and remote visual assistance services for business customers. Founded in 2013 a Lannion, the company has developed its own CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) portfolio, providing clients the choice between plug-in integration via the WebRTC protocol and a range of APIs connecting to ERP, CRM and CMMS systems.
