Bouygues Telecom makes progress with Keyyo acquisition

Monday 10 December 2018 | 19:27 CET | News
Bouygues Telecom is moving forward with the planned acquisition of B2B operator Keyyo, announced at the end of October. The company said that employee representatives have given their green light to the deal. The transaction for the initial 43.6 percent stake in Keyyo should be finalised by the end of January. This will be followed by a voluntary public tender offer for all other outstanding shares, with the closure of the deal expected in the first half of 2019. For both operations, the company will pay EUR 34 per share, a price which values Keyyo at approximately EUR 67 million.
