Bouygues Telecom nine-month revenue declines 5%

Bouygues Telecom reported revenue down 5 percent to EUR 3.3 billion in the first nine months, with network sales down 8 percent to EUR 2.9 billion, compared with the year-earlier period. EBITDA declined to EUR 538 million from EUR 727 million. After factoring EUR 86 million of exceptional income, the current operating loss stood at EUR 26 million and operating profit at EUR 60 million. Bouygues said it now has 13.37 million total customers at the end of September, 128,000 more than at the end of June and 332,000 at the end of September 2013.
