Bouygues Telecom sells wholesaler Extenso to Innov8

French mobile and broadband operator Bouygues Telecom sold the wholesale subsidiary that handles logistics for its website, Extenso,for an undisclosed amount to Innov8 at the end of October, Les Echos reports. Extenso was judged to be a non-strategic operation by Bouygues, whose cost-saving efforts include the elimination of over 500 jobs and the sale of 2,300 masts to BNP Paribas bank last summer. Besides managing Bouygues' stock of phones and smart cards, Extenso owns the Phoneo store brand with 200 affiliated shops. The company turned over EUR 296 million in 2011 and supplies 2,700 points
