Box office dominates growing global movie market - Ampere Analysis

The box office still dominates the growing global movie market, with global consumer spending on movies up by almost 30 percent over the last decade, according to new research from Ampere Analysis. Almost half (46%) of the global movie market in 2019 came from theatrical movies, with more than USD 40 billion box office takings over the year.
