Bq launches Aquaris X5 Plus with fingerprint scanner

Spanish smartphone manufacturer bq has unveiled the latest smartphone in its Aquaris X5 range at Mobile World Congress. The Aquaris X5 Plus comes with a 5-inch Full HD display, 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor, 2GB or 3GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera with a Sony IMX298 sensor and dual-tone LED flash, plus an 8-megapixel front camera. The Android Marshmallow 6.0.1-powered device also features a 3100mAh battery and is the first bq handset to include a fingerprint scanner for added security.
