BQ to launch Android One smartphone in Portugal

Spanish smartphone manufacturer BQ, in partnership with Google, is launching an Android One smartphone in Portugal for EUR 179.90. The Android One operating system - a simplified version of Google's operating system - was released initially in emerging countries like India and Nigeria. The BQ Aquaris A4.5 4G is the first Android One device to be sold in a non-emerging country and comes with a 1 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, 16 GB of storage, 1 GB RAM, a 4.5-inch qHD display, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
