Brazil launches public consultation on restricted radiocommunication equipment

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has launched a public consultation on the update of the Technical Requirements for the Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiocommunication Equipment. The aim is to evaluate the specific conditions of use for the equipment with periodic transmission characteristics and limited electric field strength of the RFID systems in the 13 MHz band, reports Teletime.
