Brazil mobile phone shipments down 9% in Q1 due to Covid-19

Due to exchange rate differences, the average price of smartphones increased 15 percent to BRL 1.473. The accumulated turnover from smartphone sales was BRL 14.5 billion, an increase of 6 percent, while feature phone sales rose 25.2 percent to BRL 96 million.
