Brazilian e-commerce to grow 15% in 2018

The Brazilian e-commerce market is expected to grow by 15 percent in 2018 from 2017, with a revenue forecast of BRL 69 billion. More than 220 million orders are expected in virtual stores, with an average ticket of BRL 310. In 2017, e-commerce achieved sales of BRL 59.9 billion and closed with 203 million orders and an average ticket of BRL 294, according to the Brazilian Electronic Commerce Association (ABComm).
