Brazilian operators sign agreement on stadium 4G coverage

Brazil's mobile operators have signed contracts with the owners of football stadiums that will host the Confederation Cup with the goal of guaranteeing good mobile coverage, the Association of Brazilian Telecommunications Companies (SinditeleBrasil) announced. Coverage in the stadiums of Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Fortaleza, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador include 4G networks. Sinditelebrasil said that operators are currently installing the infrastructure that will provide mobile telephony and high-speed internet connections for football fans.
