Brazilian regulator orders Vivo to build fibre optic backhaul

Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has ratified the agreement that converts the BRL 16.5 million in fines imposed on Telefonica/Vivo into obligations to expand the telecommunications infrastructure in the country.
