Brazilian roaming proposal adopted at ITU conference

Brazilian telecommunications regulator Anatel has announced that the country's delegation to the World Conference on International Telecommunications, sponsored by the ITU in Dubai, managed to see four of its proposals on international roaming approved. The agency said the Brazilian delegation worked together with the countries present to adopt provisions that encourage the practice of more reasonable roaming prices, greater transparency regarding the amounts charged for services and access conditions, the application of service quality standards and the creation of different conditions for
