Brazilians increasingly dissatisfied with telecom operators

Brazilian users of fixed and mobile telephony and pay-TV services are more dissatisfied now than ten years ago, according to a survey by the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). The data, obtained exclusively by the Estado news agency, indicates that in the pre-paid mobile telephony segment, the general rate of satisfaction dropped from 77.5 percent in 2002 to 60 percent last year. In the post-paid segment, satisfaction was down from 71.4 percent to 53.7 percent.
