Breko attacks Deutsche Telekom's vectoring proposals

German broadband network operators association Breko has attacked Deutsche Telekom after the operator submitted an application with the Federal Network Agency (BnA) to implement vectoring technology. Breko said that Telekom wanted to hinder the growing fibre-optic roll-out of rival regional and city carriers, insisting that Telekom's application would drastically reduce unbundled access for rivals.
