Broadband users could lose savings if contract notifications sent too early - research

New research from uSwitch suggests that UK broadband customers could save make annual savings of over GBP 1 billion with the introduction of end-of-contract notifications. However, the benefits risk being lost if consumers are notified too early that their contracts are about to end.
