Broadcom to return company seat to US

Broadcom announced that it intends to bring its parent company back to the US from Singapore. The redomiciliation will occur whether or not there is corporate tax reform in the US, although the final form and timing of the plan will be affected by the proposed reforms by the Trump administration, which much still be approved by Congress.
