Broadnet complains about Nkom probe into Nodnett affair

Tuesday 12 December 2017 | 12:31 CET | News
Norwegian fixed line operator Broadnet said it has complained about national telecoms regulator Nkom concerning what is known as the the Nodnett affair, regarding outsourcing to TechMahindra in India. It insists that it has not breached the law, as Nkom claims, which means it is not liable for a penalty. In November, Nkom ordered Broadnet to take remedial action following serious breaches of the law on electronic communications and warned that it faced a fine.
