Brussels court overturns 2014 fine on Proximus

Wednesday 3 May 2017 | 21:15 CET | News

The operator received the fine on 20 May 2014, the BIPT for breaching transparency obligations under the WBA VDSL2 reference offer, part of the 2008 market analysis. That market decision has subsequently changed a number of times and so the foundation for the fine no longer exists.
