Brussels parliament approves changes to mobile antenna norms

Wednesday 11 December 2013 | 10:07 CET | News
The Brussels region parliament has approved a relaxation of mobile radiation norms, Datanews reports. The limit for mobile antennas will increase from 3 V/m to 6 V/m, giving the mobile operators room to add sites and improve coverage. L'Echo reports that the city and surrounding municipalities reacted positively to news they can open their buildings to new antenna sites. Over 130 businesses in the region are ready to cooperate on the network expansion.
