Brutele agrees sale to Voo partner Enodia - report

The public shareholders of Belgian cable operator Brutele have approved the company's sale to partner Enodia, La Libre Belgique newspaper reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Brutele cooperates in the Voo venture with Enodia's subsidiary Nethys, and a merger of the two groups is expected to pave the way for a sale of all of Voo.
