BT CEO calls for long-term clarity over full-fibre network regulation

BT Group CEO Philip Jansen has called on the UK Government and regulator Ofcom to provide long-term certainty on future fibre-network regulation to help unleash billions of pounds of broadband network investment, reports The Telegraph.
