BT completes sale of Latin American operations to CIH

BT has completed the sale of domestic operations and infrastructure in Latin America to CIH Telecommunications Americas, subsidiary of CIH Technology Holdings. The deal was announced in March and the divested business will operate under the name Sencinet.
