BT hires takeover experts as standstill agreement with Deutsche Telekom expires

BT Group is working with leading takeover advisers in the City of London amid fears that it could be targeted by Deutsche Telekom, reports The Mail on Sunday. According to City sources, BT is working with merger advice company Robey Warshaw and bankers from Goldman Sachs.
