BT joins with Hitachi to develop IoT industrial, enterprise services

BT and Hitachi Vantara have started to develop industrial and enterprise internet of things (IoT) applications. The companies will initially focus on exploring and designing asset intelligence and predictive maintenance services for customers in industry sectors such as manufacturing and transportation.
