BT leads broadband complaints, Vodafone worst in mobile

The latest data from UK regulator Ofcom shows that BT was again the most complained about broadband provider in Q3 2016, with 36 complaints per 100,000 customers, up from a rate of 26 in Q2. That compares to an industry average of 20 complaints, also up from Q2, when Ofcom received an average 15 complaints per 100,000 customers. While landline and broadband complaints rose compared to Q2, Ofcom said it recorded fewer complaints about postpaid mobile services.
