BT puts redundancy programme on hold as talks with CWU continue

BT and the Communications Workers Union (CWU) are continuing to negotiate to avoid industrial action. In its results statement for the year ending 31 March 2021, BT said it was suspending any action that could result in redundancies while talks continued.
