BT sells global headquarters building for GBP 210 mln

BT said it has agreed to sell its global headquarters, BT Centre, located opposite St Paul's tube station, for GBP 209.55 million to Orion Capital Managers. The deal includes an initial leaseback agreement of 30 months during which time BT will move its headquarters to a new London location. The company hopes to soon announced details about its new headquarters.
