BT shareholders call for new CEO to consider company split - report

Monday 20 August 2018 | 15:17 CET | News

While the company has given in to industry and regulator calls to make Openreach more independent, it remains a fully owned subsidiary within the group. Some shareholders said the new CEO should have the chance to look again at a full separation in order to create value for the group.
