The Bulgarian Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) invited all interested parties to participate in an open tender for a contract to verify the cost accounting system of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (Vivacom) for fiscal years 2009 and 2010. Tender documentation may be purchased until 7 May.
