Bulk Infrastructure to raise up to NOK 550 mln by issuing shares to CEO's company and investor Fredriksen

Bulk Infrastructure said it is raising its share capital by NOK 400 million to NOK 550 million by issuing new shares and has received an advance commitment to participate from Bulk's majority shareholder, Bulk Industrier, and from Geveran Trading. Bulk Industrier is controlled by founder and CEO Peder Naerboe his family, and Geveran Trading is indirectly controlled by investor John Fredriksen and his immediate family. Geveran has secured a minimum of NOK 400 million in the issue.
