Buongiorno Vitaminic acquires Tutch Mobile Media

Italian mobile entertainment solution provider Buongiorno Vitaminic has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the whole share capital of Netherlands-based Tutch Mobile Media. Mobile content provider Tutch works with more than 20 operators in a range of territories including the USA, Spain, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. Luc Maas, current Chief Executive Officer, will manage the company after the acquisition and will become a member of the Buongiorno Group's management team.
