Cable companies lead growth as US broadband market passes 100 mln subscribers

Telecom operators continued to lose broadband customers in the US in the third quarter, while cable companies extended their market lead. Data from Leichtman Research shows the top ISPs added in total 605,000 broadband customers in the period, taking their total base to over 100 million for the first time.
