Cable customers less likely to recommend ISP than DSL, fibre subscribers - study

Cable customers are much less likely to recommend their providers than FTTH and DSL subscribers, research by Telecompaper has found. Dutch cable customers gave their operators an average Net Promoter Score of 5, compared to a score of 18 for the DSL and FTTH providers.
