Cablevision to deploy ActiveVideo's CloudTV AdCast platform

Cablevision and ActiveVideo have announced the companies are collaborating to deploy the new CloudTV AdCast platform. The new capability enables the delivery of HTML5 interactive ads from the cloud and simplifies the process of extending graphic-intensive ads to the television. Cablevision's initial trial deployment will include America Express and its interactive TV app called Amex Now.
