Cablevision tops Netflix's US April ISP speed index

In the US, the average speed on the Comcast network for Netflix streams continues to increase, averaging 2.77Mbps in April, according to the April Netflix ISP Speed Index. Comcast now has the third spot in the major ISP ranking, behind Cablevision-Optimum, with average Netflix streaming speeds of 3.00 Mbps and Cox, with average speeds of 2.90 Mbps. In the US, Suddenlink ties with Comcast for the No. 3 spot, exhibiting average Netflix streaming speeds of 2.77 Mbps, followed closely by Charter with average speeds of 2.75 Mbps.
