Cablevision tops US Netflix ISP Speed Index in February

During February, Cablevision-Optimum topped Netflix's U.S. ISP Speed Index with average speeds of 2.97 Mbps. Cox came in second with speeds of 2.81 Mbps, followed by Suddenlink with 2.61 Mbps, Charter with 2.51 Mbps and Time Warner Cable with 2.24 Mbps average Netflix speeds.
