Caiway to continue alarm services in Cogas area

Ziggo business customers in the Cogas area that take alarm services will still be able to access the services when Caiway takes over service in the area. The switch to Caiway as service provider as part of the conversion of the Cogas network to fibre from cable has raised questions about the continuity of certain services, but Caiway said they will still be available. The switch from Ziggo to Caiway will not change anything in the technical functions of the cable network, the company said.
