Cambium Networks deploys Wi-Fi 6 network for Burke County schools

Cambium Networks announced a multi-year agreement with the school district of Burke County, North Carolina to roll out a Wi-Fi 6 network for classrooms. Using government E-Rate funding for education, Burke County will upgrade its network to the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology with 1,500 multi-gigabit high-density access points at 27 schools serving 12,000 students. They are using Cambium's XV3-8 access points, as well as XMS cloud management which integrates with Google G-Suite and other embedded education systems.
