Cambridge University, county council set up new fibre network venture

Cambridgeshire County Council and the University of Cambridge in the UK have launched a new joint venture called Light Blue Fibre to make their duct and fibre networks available on a commercial basis. This will provide opportunities for full-fibre networks to expand digital infrastructure across Cambridgeshire.
