Canada's Competition Bureau starts consumer consultation on ISPs

Canada's Competition Bureau launched a consultation to learn about consumer habits in purchasing internet services. The regulator asked internet users to fill out a short survey on its website to provide feedback on their experiences with Canadian internet providers. Ultimately, the Bureau aims to find out if internet regulations could be smarter and more effective, it said.
