Canal plans fat bundles with BeIn Sports, 'skinnies' without

Vivendi supervisory board chairman Vincent Bollore told Les Echos that Canal Plus will be able to start its turnaround if it obtains Competition Authority authorisation for an exclusive distribution arrangement with BeIn Sports. He said that adding sports content would allow the group to adjust and diversify its marketing by offering skinny and fat bundles to attract new customers and keep existing ones from leaving.
