Canal Plus, Coriolis tie up for local govt fibre networks

French pay TV operator Canal Plus and fixed and mobile operator Coriolis Telecom agreed to offer their services jointly over local government-owned FttH networks, a move welcomed by French local authority infrastructure association Avicca. The first of the public initiative networks addressed will be Tutor Calvados. Avicca added that around 100 operators are now using local authority fibre networks.
