CanalDigitaal launches new STB with internet video

Dutch satellite TV provider CanalDigitaal announced plans to introduce hybrid decoders, that can receive both satellite TV and video over broadband. It initially offers two models, the HD receiver M7 MZ-101 and the HD recorder M7 MP-201. The new boxes are expected to support a growing range of interactive services, such as video-on0-demand, catch-up TV and restart. New customers will receive the new boxes automatically, and existing customers can acquire the boxes.
